Impax’s Generic Amrix Must Stay Banned: Cephalon, Mylan

Cephalon and Mylan fired back at Impax Laboratories’ bid to have itself excluded from an injunction barring generic versions of Cephalon’s muscle relaxant Amrix, saying Impax is seeking an improper “do-over” of the decision.
