Heart Devicemaker Correx Bumps Funding to $3.3M

Correx, a surgical device developer in Waltham, Mass., bumped up a previously announced funding round, taking in about $3.3 million of a planned $4 million financing, the company indicated in a regulatory filing. Its earlier financing rounded up $2.8 million in February.
