DC Circuit Lifts Shipping Ban on Cardinal Health

The DC Circuit has lifted the ban blocking Cardinal Health prescription drug shipments brought on by allegations it filled suspicious orders for oxycodone, and on Monday gave the U.S. Department of Justice until week’s end to oppose the company's emergency injunction request.
