Unintended Bleeding Leads to Graft Field Safety Notice

Devicemaker LeMaitre issued a field safety notice after multiple incident reports show its AlboGraft polyester vascular graft bled through its wall when the aortic clamp was removed during surgery. LeMaitre is undertaking in-house testing to find the root cause.
