Incorrect Expiration Dates Yield Recall for Single Needle Electrode

Boston Scientific is recalling its Soloist Single Needle Electrode due to incorrect expirations dates printed on both the boxed packaging and on the electrode itself. The expiration date labeled on the electrode (20 years) and the outer box (five years) is greater than the acceptable three year expiration date.
