St. Jude Medical Wants Journal to Retract Report

A medical device manufacturer is demanding that a medical society journal retract and remove from its website a report which concluded its products “are prone to high-voltage failures that have resulted in death,” but the society is not commenting and the report’s lead author is not backing down.
