Leap Year Hiccup Generates Recall for Pump

Animas Corporation is recalling its OneTouch Ping insulin pump due to a glitch with the internal clock. The pump does not recognize the Feb. 29 leap year day and the pump’s clock may revert to the previously saved time/date.
