Device Holds Promise for Acid Reflux

Steak dinners used to frighten Brian Dahlquist, who battled acid reflux disease for more than 20 years. As soon as he would finish eating the fibrous mass, rising stomach acid would stir up heartburn so intense that he couldn’t sleep. Today, Dahlquist says he has made a near-recovery.
