Mansfield’s Covidien Recalls Additional Medical Devices

Covidien is conducting another voluntary recall of medical devices. The recall involves certain lots of its DGPHP RFA high-power grounding pads and Cool-tip RFA electrode kits that contain the gounding pads, the FDA said.
