U.S. Approves Spectrum Pharma’s Purchase of Allos

U.S. antitrust officials have approved Spectrum Pharmaceuticals’ purchase of cancer drugmaker Allos Therapeutics, a $206 million deal aimed at giving Spectrum access to the Allos anti-cancer drug Folotyn.
