District Court Denies HHS Bid to Seal Docs Related to FDA Spying Case

A federal judge has blocked HHS’ request to seal documents in an ongoing court case over a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for information on FDA email monitoring activities. HHS’ motion came after six current and former FDA employees filed the FOIA request to obtain information about electronic surveillance involving them.
