Teva Petition Asks FDA to Halt Competing MS Drug Approvals

Teva Pharmaceuticals has filed yet another citizen petition to protect its exclusivity on Copaxone and delay competitors submitting multiple sclerosis (MS) drugs. Teva is asking the FDA to hold off on approving any NDAs and BLAs for MS drugs unless the Peripheral and Central Nervous System Advisory Committee has weighed in on the product first.
