AstraZeneca Escapes Medco FCA Kickbacks Suit

Citing a lack of jurisdiction, a Pennsylvania federal judge on Friday dismissed AstraZeneca from a False Claims Act whistleblower suit brought by a former Medco Health Solutions pharmacist who claims AstraZeneca gave Medco $60 million in kickbacks to increase the market share of ulcer drugs Prilosec and Nexium.
