Social media can be a great way to recruit new patients into clinical trials, but not all studies are ideal for these kinds of tools. Industry Standard Research (ISR) surveyed patient recruiters in the U.S. and Western Europe and found nearly a fifth of clinical studies used social media to recruit patients.
