Path Clear for Laws Allowing Export of Generic Drugs to Developing Countries

A “Crown Use” bill likely to pass in Australia’s parliament makes it easier for the country to export needed medicines to developing countries by eliminating the need to obtain approval from patent-holders in order to access their medicines.
