Senate Republicans Rap FDA for Promoting Healthcare Law

Senate Republicans are questioning the FDA’s recent promotion of the Affordable Care Act. A June 3 email to consumers sent by the Division of Drug Information heralded the different ways that clinicians, small businesses and others can “benefit” from the landmark law.
