CMS: ‘No Plans to Delay Implementation’ of Round 2 DMEPOS Bidding

Despite a plea from lawmakers and a lawsuit brought by medical equipment suppliers, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services plans to move forward with Round 2 of its Medicare competitive bidding program for durable medical equipment, prosthetics, orthotics and medical supplies (DMEPOS).
