Memory Prosthesis May Help Restore, Enhance Brain's Ability to Form Long-Term Memories

A researcher at the University of Southern California is attempting to build a prosthesis that will help restore long-term memories using a chip of electrodes to form a relay of signals between the hippocampus and a computer.
