Form 483 for Gebauer Discusses Missing Definitions

The complaint procedure at Cleveland-based Gebauer did not define how to handle investigations when the product at issue is not returned, according to a recent Form 483. It also did not discuss how to document the company’s attempts to retrieve the product, according to the form, which was handed out following a March 13 to 26 inspection.
The GMP Letter
