Planning for Non-Surgical Male Circumcision

A new circumcision device that is non-surgical has been prequalified by the WHO. The device, which is easier to use than traditional circumcision tools, is expected to help stem the spread of HIV in Africa and will be utilized by 14 African countries for that purpose.
