Myriad Genetics Sues Ambry to Thwart Rival Cancer Test

Not even the Supreme Court can shut down Myriad Genetics, it seems. Just hours after the court ruled against Myriad’s patents on two human genes, Ambry Genetics announced that it would be offering breast cancer tests. Myriad Genetics sued, claiming those tests violated patents that the Supreme Court had upheld in its ruling.
