New Cry Analyzer Could Detect Babies' Health Problems

A team from Brown University and the Women & Infants Hospital of Rhode Island has devised a device that separates segments of babies’ cries in 12.5 milliseconds. The researchers claim they can use the device to determine the purpose of the cries and thus potentially determine early health problems.
