Glenmark’s Generic Anti-Epilepsy Drug in Patent Row

Glenmark, a generic drugmaker, filed an ANDA with the FDA for a generic version of an entiepilepsy drug called Vipmat. Later, however, the four companies that hold the patent on Vipmat sued in Delaware to prevent the company from marketing its generic version before the patent expires.
