TGA Outlines Approach for Releasing Commercially Confidential Information

Australia’s Therapeutic Goods Administration is seeking feedback on a proposed approach for disclosing commercially confidential information about regulated drugs and devices. The policy, set out in a draft paper, is intended to satisfy one of 21 recommendations in a 2011 report by a transparency review panel.
