HHS and U. of Illinois Sue Lupin for Patent Infringement

The Department of Health and Human Services and the board of trustees for the University of Illinois have filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Indian drugmaker Lupin over its plans to manufacture and market a generic form of the HIV drug Prezista.
