Families Claim Beagles Released From Virginia Research Lab

A number of Virginia families have brought to public attention a pharmaceutical firm’s use of dogs in its research facilities. When the companies were through testing drugs on the dogs, they used to simply kill them, but these families have persuaded the company to allow the dogs to be adopted. In so doing, they have discovered that not only were the dogs’ vocal cords cut, but that the dogs show signs of serious neglect.
