With Eye to Device Security, FDA Announces Launch of Cybersecurity Testing Laboratory

Over the weekend, the FDA announced that the agency is planning to develop a cybersecurity laboratory for medical devices after years of warnings from experts that the computer systems that operate such devices can easily be compromised.
