Pharma Pushes Patients to Speak Up Against Data Disclosure

A joint memo by PhRMA and EFPIA, recently leaked to a UK publication, suggests the associations are urging their members to push patient groups to speak out against transparency in clinical trial data. Many within the industry consider aspects of trial data “trade secrets,” the sharing of which could stifle innovation.
