Shower Shirt Awarded Patent

A Brevard County resident has created a garment that women can wear in the shower after a mastectomy. Lisa Crites, who experienced the surgery herself, ended up wearing a trash bag in the shower to protect her post-surgery incisions. The shirt is a Class I medical device according to the FDA.
