New Laws for Medical Device Registration Imminent in Argentina

New laws about to go into effect in Argentina will tighten requirements for Class II and higher-risk devices. Going forward, foreign manufacturers will have to provide ANMAT with all of their documents in Spanish. They will also have to provide the same to every institution using that device.
