Louisiana Sues Shire for False Medicaid Billing, Marketing

Louisiana is suing Shire, alleging the drugmaker received millions in false and fraudulent Medicaid claims as the result of unlawful marketing campaigns and physician payments for prescribing certain attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) drugs.
