Judge Orders Arthrex to Halt Some Suture Anchor Sales

A federal judge orders Arthrex to halt sales of some of its suture anchor products in a patent infringement lawsuit filed by Smith & Nephew. Smith & Nephew claimed a win in its long-running patent infringement battle with rival Arthrex, after a federal judge in Oregon ordered Arthrex to stop selling some of its suture anchors in the U.S. as of Oct. 2.
