Colombia Sets New Device Tariffs

Colombia’s INVIMA has published a list of new tariffs that will be applied to a limited number of medical devices. The tariffs, listed in Colombian pesos, apply to devices not falling into Class I, IIa, IIb or III; marketing authorization for devices that do not contain controlled technology; and some reagents used for in vitro diagnostics.
