Texas Says Won’t Return Execution Drugs to Pharmacy Facing Scrutiny

Texas has announced that it won’t return supplies of pentobarbital that it plans to use to execute prisoners, even though the maker, a compounding pharmacy in the state, is demanding the return of the drug.
