Glenmark Generics Files Lawsuit to Enforce License Pact

Glenmark’s U.S. subsidiary has filed a lawsuit in Delaware to enforce a licensing agreement with three other drugmakers that would give the former 180 days of exclusivity for its generic hydrocortisone cream.
