Restructure Would Give EMA Four New Drug-Support Divisions

Initial plans for restructuring the European Medicines Agency, released Sept. 16, call for the creation of four new drug oversight divisions and new structures to support the scientific work of the agency’s committees. The changes also include two new roles: chief policy adviser and program design board leader.
