Valeant Ordered to Pay Anacor Pharmaceutical $100 Million in Arbitration Award

Valeant Pharmaceuticals has been ordered to pay $100 million to Anacor Pharmaceuticals in an arbitration award. The award, once finalized, will resolve a breach of contract dispute arising out of services provided by Dow Pharmaceutical Sciences prior to its acquisition by Valeant.
