Whistleblower Suit Accusing Bayer of Defrauding DoD Allowed to Proceed

A federal appeals court Oct. 15 said a former Bayer employee will be allowed to proceed with a whistleblower lawsuit accusing the drugmaker of defrauding the Department of Defense (DoD) into buying mass quantities of its cholesterol drug Baycol.
