Chicago Probes J&J Unit Over Drug Marketing

The City of Chicago is investigating a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson for alleged deceptive marketing of narcotic painkillers to city employees, according to a petition filed in Cook County Circuit Court seeking to force the company to turn over six years' worth of documents.
