Manufacturing Snag Halts Global Shipments of Chickenpox Vaccines

GlaxoSmithKline has halted global shipments of two chickenpox vaccines after a manufacturing problem in late November caused some batches to fail to meet release criteria and standards, the British drugmaker said Tuesday.
