Ohio Among States in Settlement with Pharmaceutical Giant

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine announced the agreement and said the settlement will resolve allegations that Wyeth Pharmaceuticals unlawfully promoted Rapamune, a drug approved for use by kidney transplant patients. Pfizer, the parent company of Wyeth, agrees to be bound by the settlement.
