WellSpan, CareFusion Implement Alaris System

WellsSpan Health and CareFusion have implemented the Alaris system for diabetic care at four WellSpan hospitals, making WellsSpan’s York Hospital the first to go live with new infusion devices linked to electronic health records.

In addition to improving patient safety, the new technology will cut down on the administrative work.

York, Pa.-based WellsSpan is a regional healthcare provider serving south-central Pennsylvania and northern Maryland.
