PHM Acquires Legacy Oxygen, Sleep Management

Patient Home Monitoring has acquired of Ky.-based Legacy Oxygen and La.-based Sleep Management.

Legacy Oxygen reports $3.5 million in annual revenue, while Sleep Management has $45 million in annual sales and operations in 19 states.
