Theragen LLC Acquires Neurotech North America

Theragen LLC, a medical device company focusing on developing non-invasive therapeutics for the treatment of disease and pain, announced that it has acquired Neurotech North America. The purchase includes the rights to rest-of-world assets, excluding Germany, Switzerland and Aurstia.

Neurotech North America, a manufacturer of non-invasive stimulation products for orthopedics and spine indications, was previously a wholly owned subsidiary of BioMedical Research, Inc.

Theragen plans to incorporate Neurotech’s technology, research and development into its portfolio, says Theragen Board Chairman Kimball Chen. — Michael Cipriano
