HealthMyne Secures 510(k) Clearance from FDA for Imaging Informatics Platform

HealthMyne has announced 510(k) clearance from the FDA for a new imaging informatics platform integrate with picture archiving and communication system and vendor-neutral archives using standard formats.

The aim is designed to increase radiologist efficiency by automating both data capture and structured report, the company says.

The platform directly aligns with the American College of Radiology’s Imaging 3.0 initiative, which addresses the radiologist’s up-and-coming role as diagnostic imaging consultant to all clinicians, both before and after the imaging encounter.
