BSN Medical Acquires JoViPak

BSN Medical has acquired Seattle, Wash.-based JoViPak, a manufacturer of lymphoedema garments.

The addition of JoViPak will diversify BSN’s existing portfolio of products designed for the management of lymphatic disorders.

The purchase follows the recent acquisition of FarrowMed, which provides BSN with the patented FarrowWrap compression wrap used to manage lymphoedema.

BSN medical focuses on wound care and related vascular diseases, lymphology and non-invasive orthopedic products. — Michael Cipriano
