Guidepoint Launches Colorectal Cancer Screening Tracker

Guidepoint has launched its Colorectal Cancer Screening Tracker, a subscription-based data service that delivers monthly data including volume, market share and adoption rates for various colorectal cancer screening tests.

The service offers insights on both invasive and non-invasive screening methods, such as colonoscopies, sigmoidoscopies, CT colonoscopies, fecal immunochemical tests and fecal occult blood tests.

Tracker data include the number of tests ordered, number of patients over the age of 50, patient test compliance rates and number of sites.

Data for the service is collected from an anonymous, same-site panel of physicians at family and internal medicine practices. — Michael Cipriano
