Lumenis Launches Two New Laser Systems

Energy-based devicemaker Lumenis has announced the launch of the Lumenis Pulse 100H and Lumenis Pulse 50H laser systems during the 33rd World Congress of Endourology in London.

The Lumenis Pulse 100H treats several clinical urologic indications, including benign prostatic hyperplasia, stones and tumors, along with a range of other specialties such as general surgery, ENT, gynecology and pulmonary surgery.

The Pulse 50H laser system is designed to treat any type or size of stone in lithotripsy.

Lumenis CEO Tzipi Ozer-Armon says the devices empower users to achieve more than 70 types of procedures in a range of clinical specialties. — Michael Cipriano
