Cardiac Insight Completes Purchase of Cardea Associates

Cardiac Insight has completed its acquisition of Cardea Associates, a cardiovascular product developer and researcher.

Cardiac, a developer of advanced body worn sensing and computing technologies for the cardiology and respiratory fields, will acquire the CardeaScreen in the purchase, a handheld electrocardiogram device and software for the identification of cardiovascular issues associated with sudden cardiac arrest in young athletes.
