EOS imaging Launches sterEOS Workstation

Paris, France-based EOS imaging has launched its sterEOS 1.8 workstation, allowing radiologists to create 3D models from a low dose or microdose stereo-radiographic exam and export a patient report.

The workstation allows radiologists to view and share the patient’s anatomy in 3D from an unlimited number of perspectives.

Physicians can use this information to diagnose patients and select and position implants prior to surgery.

The workstation, which has received CE Mark, will be commercially available in Europe during the first quarter of 2016. — Michael Cipriano
